Family Home IHT Planning

One of the “Holy Grails” of tax planning has always been the removal of the family home from an individual’s estate for inheritance tax purposes whilst enabling them to continue living there.

We have access to a strategy that enables an individual to borrow against the value of the family home and invest those funds in an annuity product such that the value of the family home effectively moves out of their estate.  There is no equity release involved.

For more details on this please contact us as soon as possible.

Corporation Tax Mitigation

Now is the time for companies with imminent year ends to consider undertaking corporation tax mitigation planning. We have a number of structures available intended to incentivise employees which have the added advantage of creating an immediate corporation tax deduction.

In order for the planning to be effective the company MUST make the decision to provide for the employee benefits prior to its year end and preferably be in a position to make the payment before the year end as well.

For more details on corporation tax mitigation please contact us.
